Violet M. Kimble, PhD, is a postdoctoral researcher in the de Lacy Lab at the University of Utah. She completed her doctoral training in neuroscience and preclinical addiction research at Yale University, where she studied sex differences, ovarian hormone signaling, cocaine-related behaviors, and mood-related outcomes. Outside of the lab, Violet is new to Salt Lake City and is enjoying exploring Utah’s trails, food, and community.
